 f IHRA\, sponsors a revolutionary two-part series for IHRA E.T. bracket ra
 cers at the local level. Providing the base for the Summit SuperSeries are
  more than 80 IHRA member tracks. <br /><br />In 2010\, the Summit SuperSe
 ries is back with the format that caught the attention of all IHRA member 
 track competitors in 2009. Each participating track’s champion will
  race champions from other tracks to determine the “Final 8” f
 ield of Box and No Box finalists for the season-ending World Championship 
 race at Virginia Motorsports Park. <br />Each track champion will square-o
 ff at the Summit Team Finals in their respective division. The champion of
  the race will earn his or her way into the eight-car field of finalists w
 ho will again race for the Summit SuperSeries World Championship during th
 e IHRA World Finals Nitro Jam the weekend of October 15-16\, 2010. The Wor
 ld Championship race will take place during Saturday’s final profes
 sional eliminations\, and will be filmed by Speed Channel and broadcast wh
 en the IHRA World Finals Nitro Jam airs in the fall.</p>\n<p><strong>Summi
 t Team Finals</strong><br /><br />The purpose of the IHRA Summit Racing Eq
 uipment Team Finals program is to promote IHRA drag racing at member track
 s on a local level and reward attendance with national recognition and com
 petition. Each participating track will keep a points system to determine 
 which drivers will represent their track. Each racer must be entered in th
 eir home track’s points program. The top five (5) point finishers i
 n 2009 IHRA or NHRA World Championship standings are not eligible. Each Te
 am Championship will be determined by a points system with one (1) point b
 eing awarded to the winner of each round.</p>\n<p><br />Competitors also c
 laim individual class championships\, prizes and monies by racing against 
 their peers in their respective classes. Racers will eliminate down until 
 a Summit Team Finals champion is determined. Winners receive an IHRA Ironm

 ries based in Florida\, will be taking to the two-mile\, 11-turn road cour
 se on site at Palm Beach International Raceway on April 17 and 18.</p>\n<p
 > </p>\n<p>The FRS is a brand new competitive motorcycle racing series 
 based in Florida. The founders of FRS\, Steve and Kelly Pope\, have been w
 orking in the motorcycle racing industry for more than 10 years.</p>\n<p>�
 � </p>\n<p>On Saturday\, April 17 practice and endurance racing will be h
 eld. Endurance motorcycle racing consists of running more than 10 laps. On
  Sunday\, April 18 one practice run will be held and then nine lap sprint 
 races and 12 lap GT races are scheduled to occur.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A t
 wo-day pass for the FRS event is $30. Single day admission on Saturday is 
 $15 and $25 on Sunday. Gates open at 7:00 a.m. each day and the on track a
 ctivity will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>
