Welcome to PBIR! We are excited to have you here! Experience the most intense motorsports excitement South Florida has to offer by volunteering with Palm Beach International Raceway.

In order to make your experience a pleasant and memorable one, we recommend that you read our volunteer guidelines listed below. If you have any questions, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Teresa (561.578.5638).

DRESS CODE: Clothes should be neat, clean and appropriate. All volunteers receive a PBIR t-shirt to wear for the duration of your volunteer schedule and then it is returned. We would like the male volunteers to wear black or tan pants and the female volunteers to wear black or tan pants or capris-no jeans. For your safety, it is necessary that you wear closed-toe-shoes.

SCHEDULED TIME/WORK ASSIGNMENTS: Volunteer service is based on the individual needs of PBIR. Work assignment details are provided on an event-to-event basis. Volunteers are asked to perform their work assignments to the best of their abilities. For the consideration of all volunteers and staff of PBIR, please inform me at least a day in advance if you are unable to volunteer your services.

TIME SHEETS/IDENTIFICATION BADGE: Volunteers are required to sign in and out on the time sheet for each day and event that you volunteer. All volunteers are provided a name tag and an I.D. badge to wear.

VOLUNTEER HOURS: Service forms from schools/organizations are the responsibility of the volunteer. Please submit the forms to me in a timely manner. Documentation of youth volunteer hours is provided when the volunteer service is completed. I will gladly provide letters of recommendation upon request.

VOLUNTEER PERKS: PBIR would like to thank you for your service by providing incentives. For each day or 8 hours of service, volunteers will receive a complimentary meal pass and one complimentary admission ticket to another PBIR-sanctioned event from the posted calendar (on occasion-PBIR events are subject to change).

CONDUCT: Volunteers, your role is extremely important to us! You are the first contact point for our guests and therefore, we ask that you are genuinely friendly, helpful and smiling-at all times. As a volunteer, you are representing all aspects of PBIR –you are our Ambassadors.

PERSONAL EFFECTS: Personal items (backpacks, handbags, etc.) may be stored in a designated area. PBIR is not responsible or liable for them. Personal electronic devices are not permitted during volunteer service.
