The ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards is a lot of things to a lot of people.

To some, it's not much more than a stepping stone to the next level, and the fame and fortune of NASCAR. To others, it represents the opportunity to see if they have what it takes to get to the next level. And to yet another group of racers, it's home. It's the place where they will race as a career.

It's also place where the next pitch may be a high-speed curve ball, like the next event on the schedule at Palm Beach Int'l Raceway (PBIR) in Jupiter, Florida where drivers will spend more time turning right rather than will left.

Florida's Blake Koch may be very well be humming the tune "Who Says You Can't Go Home" this coming week as he is scheduled to drive for the championship caliber Eddie Sharp Racing team in the February 27 Tire Kingdom 150 at the Palm Beach International Raceway in Jupiter, Florida. Koch will be behind the wheel of the Tire Kingdom sponsored Toyota for his ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards debut.

"I am so blessed to be able to drive the Tire Kingdom Toyota at this race for Eddie Sharp Racing," said Koch. "There is going to be over one hundred Tire Kingdom employees at the Tire Kingdom 150 and I am honored to be driving the car they will be rooting for."

The ARCA Racing Series is set to hit Palm Beach International Raceway’s road course next weekend. There’s only a few days left to get your discounted tickets at all Tire Kingdom locations.

The ARCA Racing Series drivers had a test session at PBIR earlier this month and they are eagerly awaiting the drop of the green flag on Feb. 27.

This Sunday (February 21), Palm Beach International Raceway is invading downtown Palm Beach Gardens for a "Night of Speed."

Beginning at 5 p.m. on Sunday, ARCA Racing Series drivers Blake Koch, Tim George Jr., Patrick Sheltra and Brian Silas will be meeting and greeting with fans and signing autographs.

WFLX Fox 29 will be on hand with Red Carpet host Rachel Leigh.

"Night of Speed" will be located Downtown at the Gardens: 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave. Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Nine-time ARCA Racing Series presented by RE.MAX and Menards champion Frank Kimmel will be the first to tell you he's not the savviest road course racer in the business.

"Never considered myself a road racer, not by any stretch," said Kimmel. "I learn a lot every time I get on one; that's for sure. They're a lot of fun, but for an oval track guy, they're a handful."

WHAT: The ARCA Racing Series comes to Palm Beach International Raceway for the first time. The Tire Kingdom 150 presented by ModSpace marks only the 12^th time the ARCA series have tackled the twists and turns of a road course, and the first time they’ve taken on PBIR’s two mile, 11 turn course.
