With the addition of Quick 16 Dragster and Quick 16 Door Car, we are providing those racers who are supporting PBIR and participating in the $10,000 bracket race an additional opportunity to race in front of a grandstand full of spectators and compete for additional prize money.

We are also adding a Sportsman/Daily Driver class to the lineup. This class has grown substantially over the past few years, and we feel it is important for those racers to be able to race in front of one of our largest spectator audiences of the year. This class also gives anyone who would like to compete at the 40th Annual Citrus Nationals Powered by Ford the chance to race in the vehicles they drive normally.

Entry fees and payouts for the three additional classes are listed below:

Quick 16 Dragster
Entry Fee: $125
Prizes: $2,000 winner, $500 runner-up, $150 semi

Quick 16 Door Car
Entry Fee: $125
Prizes: $2,000 winner, $500 runner-up, $150 semi

Sportsman/Daily Driver
Entry Fee: $40
Buy-Back: $20
Prizes: $1,500 winner, $100 runner-up, $50 semi

As in most cases, no special equipment is needed.

Sportsman rules do require you to wear long pants and closed toed shoes, and if your car can run faster than 14 seconds in the ¼ mile, you must wear a helmet. Helmets are available to rent at the track if you do not have one.
