Palm Beach International Raceway reserves the right to enforce the following rules and regulations as safety conditions require. Warnings may or may not be given for violation and you may be asked to leave the facility without refund or raincheck. All policies described below current as of January 2012.
TICKETING POLICY
RAIN CHECK POLICY
PBIR Events: Rain checks will be honored for all tickets purchased less than 1 hour prior to the Official Rain Out time as determined by PBIR. If the event includes eliminations, rain checks will only be valid if the first round has not been completed. Eligible ticket holders only need to keep their original PBIR issued ticket and may use such ticket within 365 Days of the rainout date as replacement credit up to its original face value.
Non-PBIR Events: Rain checks will be honored for all tickets purchased less than 1 hour prior to the Official Rain Out time as determined by the Promoter. If the event includes eliminations, rain checks will only be valid if the first round has not been completed. Rain checks will be honored for the face value of all tickets at the rescheduled event. If the Promoter chooses not to reschedule, rain checks will not be valid. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the Promoter not PBIR.
PBIR Sponsored Event – Special Case
Rain checks will be honored for all tickets purchased less than 1 hour prior to the Official Rain Out time as determined by PBIR. If the event includes eliminations, rain checks will only be valid if the first round has not been completed. Eligible ticket holders only need to keep their original PBIR issued ticket and may use such ticket at the same Event on the next scheduled Event date. Tickets are good for up to 2 years from the rainout date and may be used as replacement credit up to its original face value.
DISCLAIMER
You expressly assume all risks before, during, or after the event including, but not limited to, injury from objects thrown from spectator areas, injury from raceway accidents involving vehicles of any type or parts of raceway vehicles or injury from fires, and agree for yourself and your heirs, representatives, beneficiaries and assigns that Moroso Investment Partners, LLC d/b/a Palm Beach International Raceway, its subsidiaries and affiliates, the county of Palm Beach, the state of Florida, owners and lessors of property used in connection with the event, all event participants, sponsors, sanctioning bodies, and any of their employees, agents, officers and directors are hereby RELEASED from any and all claims arising from the event.
You may not use this ticket for advertising, promotional (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without our prior written consent. No distribution or sale of literature, other materials or merchandise is allowed on property owned, leased or operated by us. You grant permission to us and our agents to use your image and/or likeness in connection with any photograph, live or recorded display or other transmission or reproduction of any part of the event. You may not re-sell any ticket for more than its face value. You may not re-sell this ticket at all if you are on property owned, leased or operated by us or within one hundred (100) yards of such property. You must obtain your ticket from us or our authorized agents. If your ticket was lost, stolen or counterfeit we will not honor it. You must abide by our rules and regulations, including any printed fan guide. No coolers, glass containers, strollers, motorized vehicles or weapons permitted through spectator gates. We reserve the right to remove you from property owned, leased or operated by us, without refund, if your behavior is offensive or poses a hazard to others. You must have at ticket, regardless of your age, in your possession at all times.

TICKETING FAQ's
1.) No outside food, beverage or coolers (soft and hard side) permitted. The exception is food for infants / toddlers or medicine that must be kept chilled.
2.) All bags subject to search upon request.
3.) Everyone entering the PBIR facility must have an Event Ticket or sign a liability waiver. Any ticketed customer leaving the facility must have a handstamp. Ticket and handstamp are required for re-entry into the PBIR facility. If you refuse the handstamp, you will not be able to re-enter with a “used” (use includes the ticket missing a stub or having been altered) Ticket. Re-entry will be denied without a Ticket and handstamp. A wristband issued by PBIR may take the place of the required handstamp, but a valid Ticket will still be required for re-entry to PBIR.
4.) Pit Vehicles – Designated as any wheeled vehicle used to convey Pit / Racer personnel to and from the race starting line and pit area. These vehicles include, but are not limited to: golf carts, scooters, bicycles, mini bikes, etc.
